Ms. Roxann Ramsey-Caserio is in her sixth year as Superintendent
of North Ridgeville City Schools. Before coming to North
Ridgeville City Schools, she served as the assistant
superintendent at Lakewood City School District. Her career began
as a high school language arts teacher at Beachwood City Schools
where she later became an assistant principal and the student
activities director at the high school and middle school.
During her time at North Ridgeville, she has helped lead a
transition that has seen consistent growth in student achievement
data, and has supported the creation of many successful
initiatives throughout the district. North Ridgeville remains one
of the fastest growing communities in Ohio, and Ms.
Ramsey-Caserio’s leadership has helped shape the future of the
district, while empowering students to become lifelong learners
and responsible citizens.
She received her bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in
secondary education from John Carroll University in 1999 and her
master’s degree in education administration in 2001 also from
John Carroll.
