Brooke Olsen-Farrell is the Superintendent of Schools for the Slate Valley School District located in Fair Haven, VT.  The school district comprises 5 schools with approximately 1300 students and 300 staff members.  She has served as a Middle and High School Teacher, Director of Curriculum and Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent.

Olsen-Farrell is the Present-elect of the Vermont Superintendents Association, AASA Governing Board Member, named 10 Women Superintendents to Watch by Vision and Purpose Magazine for 2022-2023, and nominated for the 2019 AASA Leaders Matter.  She is also a member of the Vermont State School Crisis Planning Team and heavily involved in school safety legislation/policy.
